Pros

One of the best parts about working at Railbookers Group is getting to be part of travel that’s actually exciting and meaningful. We’re not just selling standard vacations — we’re helping people plan trips they’ve often dreamed about for years. It’s rewarding to know you played a role in making that happen. The remote setup is also a big plus. Having the flexibility to work from home creates a better work-life balance and removes the stress of commuting. At the same time, the team still stays connected and supportive, which makes a big difference. People are generally willing to help each other out, share knowledge, and step in when things get busy. You learn a lot here, too. Between coordinating international rail systems, working with suppliers, and customizing itineraries, there’s constant exposure to different parts of the travel industry. It’s definitely helped me grow in areas like problem-solving, communication, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Overall, it’s a solid place to work — especially if you’re passionate about travel and appreciate the flexibility of a remote role.

Cons

Like many roles in travel, the workload can be intense — especially during peak seasons but really that's it
