Pros

After working at this company for 9 months, I got to experience one of the holidays first hand. My trip was a journey through Venice, Florence & Rome, and I had a fantastic time. The hotels were wonderful and the rail travel was seamless. The best part was the education on exactly what we sell, and why it is so popular, it really made me excited to go back to work and tell people about our holidays.

Cons

That I didn't get to travel for longer - would've loved another day in Rome!

Pros

- Growing company with a focus on promoting from within, so there are plenty of opportunities for progression. - Good office vibes and a friendly working atmosphere. - There is the odd drink on Friday's after work at the local, and quar terly team building activities - so lots of opportunities to get to know your team and have fun doing it. - Great management across all offices with a real focus on developing the individual. - Plenty of travel opportunities through yearly FAM trips (which are a fantastic way to learn the product, meet your colleagues from across the pond and they're always super fun!) and opportunities for trips out to the US and Australia offices. - The best thing of all - Everyday is different, challenging, and there is always something new to learn.

Cons

- Nothing that comes to mind.
