Pros
I enjoy the work that I do and the people I get to work with day in and day out. I am able to share my values and feel like they are seen and heard by the company and others around me. I see the direction of the company and things are transparent from the top down. I feel like I am not only growing and learning in my career but as an person. I feel like I am being invested in and that I am a priority to the company. The benefits are fantastic and I have great coverage for health, dental, and vision. A remote first company which provides flexibility in work hours and collaborating with people from all across the globe.
Cons
One downside to the remote first mindset is that there are still local events that happen from time to time and remote employees may feel left out at times.
