Pros

The employees at this place are amazing. An absolutely amazing group of folks whose calibar is unmatched (at least in my experience).

Cons

There is a lot of work to go around and not a lot of people to spread it between. That being said, everyone is willing to lend a helping hand and the overwhelming support at any time of the day (even if you're on a team doing a rollout at 2am so you don't affect anyone working across the world) is simply something that you can't out a value on.

Pros

A great up-and-coming company with tons of momentum. The company is small, but already making a huge impact, and doing things others said were impossible. We're constantly challenged to solve difficult problems and navigate within a lot of complexity, but given the autonomy to solve those problems in the way we think is best. The company is starting to grow up and offering some great perks to employees. Having the opportunity to travel to events both in the US and overseas is awesome. The people here are generally friendly and easy to work with, and many are veterans in the events industry, so you get to learn from the best.

Cons

Everything is moving incredibly fast, and there's a need to focus more, be more strategic, and not just chase whatever is on fire that day.
