Pros

The company is well rounded and full of great people to work with. Very inviting and everyone is open to teach and learn to help move the company in the best direction it can go. Very competitive in the industry with awesome benefits.

Cons

Not exactly to homiest conditions but its temporary, with the rabid growth the company is expanding.

Pros

This company is socially conscious in a way I've never experienced. They care about their employees in ways other companies pretend to. They care about the community and help employees spend time caring for the communities they are involved in. Benefits are out of this world good and cheap. Transparency is a reality. The culture is fun and hard working. The teams are close knit and good friends in the way that being at a huge event for a week at a time together makes easy. The software itself is in a constant state of change, being built the right way, with Agile teams who understand that waterfall will be their downfall. Product owners know the product inside and out. All of development is assisting the services team on a regular basis - no one is left to fend for themselves. Hiring and growth is happening at a break neck speed.

Cons

The biggest obstacle to service of clients is that many features of the software are in a minimum viable product state. The fast development cycle leaves items in MVP state for a while and negatively impacts ease of use for clients and the client services team. This is honestly the best problem I can think of a software company having.

Pros

RainFocus feels like the kind of place you dream about working in when you're part of (and drawn to) startup companies and culture. The business is growing, but there's an innate trust and faith in upper management to do it the right way and not just to "Keep up with the Joneses". The company exposes you (QUICKLY) to a myriad of opportunities to grow you career and personal skillset and those experienced amongst the staff are willing and eager to jump in and help/give advice/share experiences. It's the kind of place where everyone really does seem willing to put in the hard work instead of just coast by on the merits of the great talent elsewhere in the company. The Industry itself is among the most rewarding from a job satisfaction and validation standpoint. Every project has an end-date and deliverable. There's very little ambiguity when each event has cemented calendar days that you must be ready by. Seeing it all come together throughout, and at the end of, an event is truly as rewarding as it gets. The talent here is INSANE. The Dev team are incredible and with the help of a great Product Team and leadership have built a sustainable, scalable, and very flexible product. Working on the services side allows for a lot of creativity to adjust client's business logic to a more efficient way of thinking

Cons

The hours can be long and brutal. It's a stressful position and often times requires a lot of personal sacrifice to reach goals and deadlines. It is, however, almost always worth it. The product is so demanded in the market place that we are forced to develop additional features that work across the client base and haven't been able to focus quite enough time on stabilizing current features (though none of them are in such rough shape that they're unusable)
