Amazing place to work!

Pros

While being classified as a "start-up", RainFocus acts like they've been there before! Upper management have a real grasp on how to run a company and are positioning the company for success. The event industry can be tricky and working with so many top enterprise accounts can be overwhelming at time, but the company is full of people who are willing to help out. Doesn't matter if you are in engineering or services, everyone pitches in to make sure the product is a success. There is a strong sense of work-life balance here. While there are huge demands on our time, there is an equal amount of devotion to making sure your personal life matters as well. Benefits such as ski passes, ping-pong tournaments, company lunches are just a few of the things to make work less stressful.

Cons

Career advancement is a little lacking. This will change as the company grows and has more management positions, but currently there is no clear career track.

Pros

Rainfocus is such an amazing place to work at. The culture at this place is incredible. It is such a collaborative environment. The people and managers here seek to boost you up and help each other as opposed to putting you down in order to make themselves look better. There is none of this toxic work environment that exists in other places. The company offers opportunities to travel to cool cities. Rainfocus is such an innovative company in this industry that as we provide clients with new and exciting products, it is so fulfilling to see their enthusiasm in what we give them. It is truly a fulfilling, collaborative, fun place to work.

Cons

Since we are so young, we don't have all the perks that more established companies have, namely having our own building. This means we don't have a cafeteria, gym, grassy outdoor area, or even a nice break room.
