Pros

RainFocus literally has the best group of individuals for a tech company in all of Utah. Everyone plays a key part in building the company. The leadership is mindful of career paths and makes a point to get to know you.

Cons

We have to use a keycard to get into every door. Which means I have to carry my key card everywhere. We need our own building.

Pros

So many to mention. The company leadership is very concerned about maintaining a great quality of life for us while we are growing so quickly. We have turned away business because we would be stretched too thin. Our company meetings are very transparent, light-hearted and lots of fun. We have regular ping pong tournaments where over half of the company participates, not just the great players. The culture is awesome. If I had to sum up the company culture I would say we work hard, we play hard, and we have each others back.

Cons

Growing as quickly as we are can bring challenges, but we are actively working on building out a great on-boarding process for all the new hires we're bringing on.

Pros

Love working with my colleagues. Above all, i love the leadership of this company. A lot of intelligence and honesty at display here and you can't help but feel more proud to be part of an organization like this! You come out of a meeting with the founder of this company and you are speechless not just by what he says but by the weight of transparency/honesty that is his character.

Cons

Small company still with lots of work - Given the rapid nature/turn around expected from the event industry, at times you may feel under the gun.
