Co workers are awesome. Many really smart and talented engineers. Cool, good looking app that people are using. Makes the work feel impactful. Seems like they are working on improving the developer experience. Good work life balance with fully remote options.

Cons

Little to no team or individual autonomy. Little buy in from management for teams to do anything but develop new features. Less than adequate engineering compensation that does not increase with experience or performance. So many meetings.
