      Autonomy are pushed to learn portions of the position that in most companies you would not perform.

      Cons

      Often times do not get the support needed to perform the day to day functions as well as proper support for the department. Company runs too lean.

      Have to do shipment . Very hard to finish while it's a lot of people in the room
