Pros
You meet alot of very nice and faithful customers. you also get 20% off of any item in the store or any store in your area. If your lucky you meet co-workers who sorta become like family to you.
Cons
The managers are very rude. My manager at the time used me to train incoming employees but refused to make me a manger after i asked. She instead gave the position to someone who didnt even deserve it. This isnt my emotions messing with my judgment. I not only came in on my off days, i came in when i was sick, I covered for any employee that didnt come in. I probably only missed two days of work at most. Some new employees where very rude and nasty to customers and staff and due to this anyone that was on staff at the time of the encounter it became everyones fault and we would all take the blame. They dont give you time off, im a diabetic and i have appointment's once or twice a month. The managers get mad if you even ask to modify your schedule by one hour. Also they start you off with very small hours, your lucky if you get 6 or more hours a week.
