BAD UPPER MANAGEMENT. Have to stay after clocking out so Mgr can process paperwork or hours. Only 1 mgr can process employee sales

I am people person, I can sell anything.. Never has issues with personnel or customer relations. I am a great asset for an Manger and or retail position

Cons

it's hard to give the customer all the attention they need due to one on one coverage.When sales drop the newest hired is the first person to be laid off
