Pros

Customers were great. Get to know them and have fun. If you don't like people, this is the wrong line of work for you. There is a 10% discount for associates, gas included.

Cons

Well known for baiting and switching when you apply for management positions. Expect to be offered one position lower than what you interview for. This is not a company to make a career. District Management is not kind or appreciative towards associates in Twin Cities area.
