Pros

The team was incredible, very supportive, and willing to work together to get the job done.

Cons

Not a single one, the job was an absolute joy to work. I only left due to medical issues.

Pros

Good pay Many opportunities for raises Flexible hours Coworkers are like a second family 50% off any meal when you work Accommodate to your section preferences (kitchen, counter, drive) The work is honestly enjoyable Fun uniforms (no two people are typically wearing the same thing) and there’s lots of room for self expression with clothing, pins on hats, belts, belt loop accessories, etc Occasionally have crew events 5 minute grace period if you’re late And much much more

Cons

There’s a point system and if you get 7 or more points, you get fired. Points are given out based on the attendance policy. If you’re late or call out without good reason you’ll receive a point, and if you no call no show you’ll receive three points. Points reset after six months however if you receive a point in that six month waiting period the timer resets and you have to wait another six months. Say you have three points and it’s been five months since you last received one, then you show up late to work because you overslept and receive a fourth point. Now the timer resets and you have to wait six months before all four of those points go away. The point system can be annoying but it’s not hard to avoid getting them.
