- In theory, the company culture is fantastic—focused on people, recognition, and community. - Training and execution standards are strong, so you’ll gain operational experience quickly. - For someone who thrives on task execution and fast-paced work, you’ll stay busy.

Cons

- The NorCal region operates very differently than the company’s stated values. Metrics are often cheated and integrity is not consistently enforced. - Accountability is selective: serious issues such as harassment, drug use, or misconduct are overlooked, while employees who aren’t personally liked can face termination. - Investigations or concerns that could put the company at risk are quickly dismissed rather than properly addressed. - Leadership style in this region is authoritarian—“your boss says jump, you jump”—with little room for development, feedback, or independent thought. - Culture feels like a façade in NorCal; the inspiring values promoted by the brand don’t translate into day-to-day operations here.
