Raising cane's has always provided a safe, welcoming work space. They provide quality traing for new crew and new managers alike. Cane's follows high standards for food quality and cleanliness, ensuring everything is done with the customer as a rop priority but never sacrificing crew happiness. Cane's looks out for their crew and provides plenty of benefits (Cane's love is often given out). Overall Raising Cane's creates a healthy and high quality work environment that provides only the best product and service.

Cons

Due to higher standards, Cane's can be a stressful place to work. It can sometimes feel impossible to meet every standard to perfection, and sometimes when certain areas aren't exceeding expectations it feels daunting when upper management notices.

Fun environment, easy to learn, promotes quickly and within team, often raises, promotional activity and events for crew, very flexible, great management

Cons

Crew members are problematic and lots of workplace drama, game day rushes, understaffed a lot, difficult customer
