The pay and what you do overall isn’t bad but the environment they cultivate is terrible.

Cons

The managaers are digesting and rude. I don’t know how many times the managers have been reported and nothing is done. They make sly remarks and put their hand to your face if they don’t want to talk to you. They make you feel uncomfortable to talk with other crewmembers and purposefully move you if they know your friends with someone. HR doesn’t do what they are supposed to by advocating on behalf of clients. The environment is full of favoritism and only those who are favored would like working here.

They foster amazing crew relationships, provide training for every position to expand opportunities for moving up/getting a raise, and the work was relatively easy.

Cons

Some of the ways we did things made little sense, the work can be tiring, some instances of poor management.
