Pros

Coworkers were really nice and outgoing. Some regular customers were the best.

Cons

Having usually one person at cashier for closing so you'd have to close everything in the lobby mostly by yourself.

Pros

Cane's really cares about their people. They care about where they came from, and ensure that all crewmembers know the roots of the amazing company. They support career advancement and personal development.

Cons

The hours can sometime be long, but the restaurants always have a fun atmosphere so the time flies by.

Pros

They stick to their canes values and flexible schedule. I loved working here but there were just some stuff that really bothered me. I like how raising canes really mean what they say.

Cons

not enough raises, they write you up if you leave even though it's time for you to clock out and no OVERTIME allowed. They only call managers in or not all if they need someone to work. Your hours will be stopped at 35-39.
