Pros

Good food, fun environment, fast-paced, excellent learning opportunity. Teaches great customer service skills, and the managers are nice while still performing their duties as managers. Schedule is made 3 weeks in advance, while getting paid every other week. (1 week on, 1 week off, so on so forth. )

Cons

Long, stressful hours, drama among crewmembers.

Pros

Great environment, fun place to work, great benefits, perfect for teenagers or students. Bonuses every six months, based on performance. 50% on meals.

Cons

Management never on the same page, favoritism to the employees who have been there a long time. Demanding hours.
