They reward you for a job well done and hard work. The upper management are very involved in operations and they demonstrate a sincere attitude towards everyone.

I really can't think of much to say here. Overall it is a great company to get some great experience!

50% discount (on good food at that) Lax dress code Chill managers (whilst harsh when needed) Pays higher than minimum

Cons

Not allowed to lean No resting unless on break (even if there are no customers) Little to no filter on employees (They hire everyone)
