Great for a part-time starter job.

Pros

Very friendly atmosphere. Better pay than the average fast-food establishment. Managers seem very friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Picking up the slack for non-ambitious, younger employees and managers who aren't committed. Random drops in hours scheduled. Not reliable paycheck.

It's a great working environment. They have a great training program. The mangagement is well triained and are great to work under.

Cons

The only downside that I would see to working at Canes is that they stay open late. Sometimes I do work till 4am.

-Heavily involved in the community in a positive way -Opportunity for promotion is excellent for serious employees -Closed for all national holidays -Solid and consistent training program -Strong focus on product quality -Good compensation compared to similar work at other restaurants

Cons

-Very fast paced: if you can't learn to multitask quickly, you won't do very well. -More physically demanding than other jobs.
