Poor management and high crew turnover.. Not fair at promoting for management... Managers lack organization which leads to low crew performance... Focused on times staying low...

Pros

No drugtest for one. There's good music playing loudly all day, you can wear jeans any awesome tennis shoes (nike, aesics) you want as long as there's grip and treading on the bottom. Your coworkers are all noticeably upbeat, positive freindly individuals, genuinely pleasant company to be around while working.

Cons

Some of the rules and expectations of an "over the top" jolly, non stopping cleaning machine is just too much of a hassle. Your literally always being monitored and given constructive feedback on the silliest things. Like, you will literally be warned of being replaced if your seen smoking ANYWHERE while in your work shirt. You sign a ontract when hired, which includes no smoking in uniform and keeping the canes sauce a secret.
