Pros

Easy job, very flexible with scheduling, holidays off, fun environment to work in. Overall a really great place to start off in high throughout college.

Cons

Moving up within the company seems easy, but it's all about who you know.

Pros

Honestly, I do not have any pros for Raising Canes because I have had the worst experience there.

Cons

When i first got hired i got part-time hours but after the first two weeks working, my hours started to get cut and eventually i only had two hours every week and the rest of the days i was on call. When i quit, i found out that the managers and a supervisor gossiped about how they never really needed me and i was a waste of space

Pros

I absolutely love working at Cane's. The management team is amazing, friendly, and truely care about the crew. Always willing to give advice if needed. Always on top of their game. The crew is hard working, fun, friendly and just down right cool.

Cons

There really isn't any. I love the company as a whole. I totally can't wait to climb the ladder and be a manger at my store of course...."The bus stop" C141.
