Fun place to work. Lots of music, fast paced atmosphere. Pay is OK, however there is a lot of pressure put on you from higher management. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Long hours. Hard hands on work, very high expectations and quality control. Pay could be a little better, and the communication with in the restaurant needs improvement.

The atmosphere is great, the people are great, and the food is great.

Cons

If you don't have endurance it can really beat you down. Also if you didn't have to pick the food up literally right out of the fryer that would be great.
