Pros

Friends can turn to family. Fast paced! If you are determined and outgoing it is easy for you to move up in the company!

Cons

The only thing that I didn't like about my store was that our Raising Cane's had a lot of teenagers in high school.. so there was a lot of drama.

Pros

As a first job it is very fun, laid back and the managers are super friendly. It's also fast paced and very organized at most locations. Extremely clean for a fast food restaurant as well, and very easy to make friends. The managers always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Majority of the locations are efficiently ran by young workers which is a huge plus. The pay is good for a fast food restaurant as well and they recognize hard work.

Cons

They expect you to do a lot as soon as you're hired so training can be the most stressful, especially if your trainer is not a good one, Also their training system can seem sometimes very unnessisary. The kitchen is also very dangerous as it is slippery and they expect you to run around and lift things over 50 pounds.
