Pros

The main point for my location is that it has a super flexible schedule. I'm a current student and can't work the long shifts that some workers can, but I still get my 20 hours in through the week. -This chain seems the cleanest out of all the fast-food chains. You keep your station spotless! -The GM is easy to talk to and his "We can do this!" attitude tends to rub off on you. -The other managers are easy to get along with as well, though I will say that some are sticklers for the rules, but nothing unbearable and within reason. -The pay is pretty good if you are starting in the company, I started at $8.00/hr and got a raise after 7 months (I would have gotten one sooner but I started a month late and missed the second raise of the year). -The summer and winter breaks of the school year do cut hours for some, but if you work the amount of hours I do, then you should be fine. You will be doing a lot of detail cleaning during those times, but at least you'll be taking advantage of many slow days. -I warn you of game days, if you are into non-stop crowds and high energy then these are the days for you! I believe you get paid $1.00/hr extra if you work these shifts. -If you are the night-owl type, their closing shifts during the school year will keep you busy. It does get a bit rowdy, what with the location being near Sixth Street, but during those times there will be an officer or two to calm the crowds in case someone gets out of hand. However most nights will give you a funny story to tell to your friends later. Overall it is a fun environment!

Cons

It was difficult getting a hold of next week's schedule, however, there is a new online system that seems to be helping people pick up and release shifts with ease. Sometimes shifts won't go as planned, last-minute crowds come in, extra help is needed, others want to leave as scheduled or earlier and you will be asked if you can stay for 15-30 minutes. It's become almost too common, that most people just assume they won't get off until 15 minutes later, but at least they aren't asking you to stay for an hour. But sometimes these longer times cut into your breaks if you work longer shifts.
