Pros

I am able to have a flexible schedule and not micro managed. As long as I produce what is expected of me ( a lot of great manager candidates) then I am doing well. Raising Cane's follows the promise of reward and recognition. We strive to make sure everyone is well taken care of and treated fairly. It is a people driven concept. Very refreshing to work for a restaurant chain that believes in a balance of work and home life.

Cons

At this moment, I do not have any.

Pros

Easy to make friends, team-orientated, advancement, different experience from store to store, lessons in leadership and goal-setting, flexible scheduling to accommodate schooling, great benefits

Cons

Easy to make friends, different experience from store to store, no or limited overtime, you have to seek out and fight for benefits or they will be forfeited
