it is the people that make the culture of raising canes wonderful. and the stores are the cleanest restaurant i have entered.

Cons

well the cons of such a restaurant is not the place or it's culture, but it is the people that bring home life to the work place.

Pros

Working at Cane's is really great because the employees are really friendly and everywhere I go wearing my uniform hat and shirt, people instantly compliment me on the company's behalf because we are known for excellent customer service.

Cons

There aren't very many downsides, but one specific to our location is that we stay open late Wednesday through Saturday, closing at 3:30 in the morning and it's hard to find good employees so often times we are understaffed, especially on busy shifts.

I have personally enjoyed my past year working for Raising Cane's because I feel my job has given me great feedback, encouraging me to grow in my leadership and communication skills. A good job never goes unnoticed and the company loves giving back to its hard working employees.

Cons

This job does require alot of labor that can sometimes be strenuous. It is a very fast paced work environment and an outgoing person would do much better at a job like this.
