Good People Mostly, Good Food, Cleanliness. These are positive things to expect from working at Canes. If your lucky you can really feel at home and the people you work with truly are your friends, you go out with them before work, have fun with them at work, and party with them after work. Canes is very good about people taking personal time off. As long as you get a long with the people its ok

Cons

Poor Communication, Management is bad with schedules and communicating the schedule. The company is bad about critiques and reviews but thats where you ask the people around you. Just not a lot of direction, not a lot of feedback, you work shifts without breaks when its busy, which is a lot

Raising Cane's is a very clean, very upbeat and exciting restaurant. Working there is never boring and they are very fair when it comes to promotions and pay raises.

Cons

Raising Cane's is ridiculously strict, and sometimes it gets out of hand. It's very easy to lose your job there, so make sure if you apply you're going to be able to be almost perfect.
