      Pros

      Great coworkers, great culture(in theory), abiltity to spend money to keep the operation top notch. OK benefits

      Cons

      As the company is growing it is becoming too much of a large corporate culture. Used to be fun at every corner, not so much any more. They are hiring too many executives that don't fit the original culture and try to change it. Most executives are great, easy going, smart leaders but not all of them. If you are unlucky enough to get in the wrong department Canes is not what it is cracked up to be.

      Off holidays (but it just counts as one of your regular days off, so don't get too excited about it.)

      Cons

      hours, safety hazards, very very very poor management at ALL levels, very few decent managers are not cared for or nurtured, favoritism, allow managers guilty of harassment, hostile work environment as well as contamination of the restaurant with raw chicken liquids to remain employed with no write ups or consequences, very low pay, sexism, bullying and shaming are common practice. just the worst job ever, worst company ever. Seriously, DONT DO IT. I ignored similar reviews to my sincere regret.
