      Pros

      Easy job with fun parties for crew throughout the year.

      Cons

      May not be all stores but from my experience there is so much favoritism, if you're not part of the cliques you're not going to go far. Opportunities for REAL promotion are far and few between, based on numbers not merit, and you're have to be willing to relocate majority of the time. Standards are only a worry when restaurant inspections are coming up and if you want to get good hours make sure you are willing to be buddy buddy with the managers.

      Pros

      Employees (crew) are generally good at their jobs. Discount on meals/ food Can be fun to work there sometimes.

      Cons

      Some managers should reconsider their approach when it comes to Crewmembers. Not every crew member needs their shortcomings brought up consistently.

      Pros

      Worked there for about a year, wonderful crew, some very few cool managers.

      Cons

      Weekly hours were always different and cut short. They hire so many people so they often cut people's hours, unless you are a closer.
