      Great Benefits - Lousy Work Life Balance

      Pros

      Once you are able to work full time the benefits they provide are excellent. If you have a good manager then the work isn't too hard and they do pay well.

      Cons

      No work life balance, the higher you go in management the more they want you to dedicate your entire life to the company. Current area leader where I work doesn't believe in providing consistent hours because it "makes us less flexible". Which means you works opens and closes in the same week with no respect for anyone's sleep schedule.
