Pros

The culture, schedule flexibility, free drinks on shift, end of year raises, most the managers are caring, perks program and benefits, employees are like a family.

Cons

Raises are little to nothing, some managers can be rude, can be stressful and tiring, no breaks unless you work doubles or closing, very little recognition for your hard work, they tend to take advantage of the hardest experienced workers.

Pros

Great company to work for. Has good benefits and pay isn't bad. Lots of opportunities to move up. Has all holidays off

Cons

Needs to make sure that everyone is trained to standards and not moving up to fast. Hires externally before internally for manager positions. Making sure that the people getting promoted are actually ready to be promoted. The crew likes to start a lot of drama and they like to get in other people's business.

Most of your crewmembers are good. Discounted chicken. Plenty of hours. Fun work environment. Decent pay rate.

Cons

Mask requirement. Constantly punishing wrong people and not listening to both sides of the story. VERY strict about personal devices even when restaurant is closed. Constantly forcing people to do tasks they cant do. Shouting matches break out at least once a month. Excessively drastic steps of discipline. Inconsiderate of employees feelings. Always punishing victims and never perpetrators.
