Pros

Paid training, up to date with technology.

Cons

They aren’t discreet with favoritism from trainers and management. They prey on the younger kids to mold them into thinking working until 5:30 am is completely normal! They expect you to work like a robot for minimum wage. You remain standing for 5-8 hrs a day. The only time you CAN sit is on your brake. Management, trainers and corporate all contradict each other on the standards, morals and integrity of the company. Shameful. All of it.

Pros

I can't really think of any pros for my specific location other than the unlimited free drinks during a shift and the half off the food that i rarely even eat.

Cons

terrible managent! the main reason why i will be leaving this place is the management as well as regular co workers. I have only been at my location for a little over a month and i am at my breaking point. The workers (managers inculded) will talk mess abt other coworkers as if they are talking about the local newspaper. Lack of communication between managers and crew speaking from experience. I had reached out to my manager by email and never got a response till two days later when i had to ask in person and they legit told me they saw my email and just chose not to respond or even reach out to me in person or even send someone for them. I am still relativly new to any kind of work force and when i needed to do something abt my schedule and how to take time off cause i had never worked anywhere else before and anyone else i knew that had have jobs told me i shoudl just talk to the manager which i did. and he basically told me to figure it out. As a first job, i am comfortablly able to say it was the worst month of my life. Dont get me started on the unfair pay.
