Pros

Good salary Other restaurants will go out of their way to help you when you need it Customers are nice for the most part

Cons

Longggggg hours. Most weeks between 60-70 hours They won’t let you hire your own managers. They recruit and hire all of them which is a bad thing. They hire the dumbest people and you as a GM are stuck with what they give you. Personally my restaurant has been running with only a couple of managers which puts all the stress on me as a GM. Can’t focus doing my own job because I’m doing the job of 3 other managers Upper level management doesn’t care about your needs as a restaurant. They only want more sales.
