      very good opportunities to grow professionally, improve your skills. The company regularly throws off-site company meetings, facilitate team building events. The company always cares about each employee to make sure they feel comfortable in their workplace. Tons of small and big benefits starting from such pleasant stuff like comfortable and spacious office with free food, gym and game rooms to well thought social package.

      they should be, but because of the company's pluses, I don't see them.
