      Pros

      People working around consisting the working environment is overall good. They are bright and cheerful. Globalization project is on its way, adopting English as an official language, implementation of strategies are very powerful and exciting.

      Cons

      However, as a company so young, the agility and the speed which is a vital essence of conducting business in the Internet service industry, has been decreasing as the company grows bigger.
