      Pros

      The atmosphere in the office has improved recently and the are some fun office events planned now and again. You can wear almost anything you want. People are very kind.

      Cons

      Employees do not plan ahead and everything becomes rushed and is done incorrectly because it becomes urgent. The CEO is too scared of Rakuten to make good choices for the company.

      Pros

      People are generally nice in the office. LinkShare does offer work/life balance if you have the right manager. There are a lot of employees who do try to make LinkShare a better company.

      Cons

      Many mangers don't know how to manage. They often delegate work to one to three hardworking team members while allowing others to coast by with little work. Many issues arise from bad decisions made from leaders who don't know what they are doing.
