      Good culture. Good place to work. Great perks

      Salaries are on lower end, as compared to market. Declining benefits. Management is not very interested in your personal growth. Mid year/yearly reviews are only one way, and most of the time your bonus is decided by higher management in your team, which sometimes leads to favoritism

      Free breakfast and lunch, happy hour, and meeting genuine colleagues.

      Cons

      I would think that after leaving the company, I would hope the department would get better. But after reading another review, it looks like nothing has changed and still like a revolving door. If you like being scolded in front of the whole finance department, enjoy working late hours, forced to come in on the weekends and not be comped then this is your place to be.
