Pros

For a creative person it's a great place to develop your skills and learn from the most talented people.

Cons

There are a lot of clicks. Hard work and dedication won't get you a promotion. It's sad to say, but a lot of snakes in the grass are prowling around. Also, senior management doesn't always seem to promote or hire for the right reasons. I've seen so many of them be taken in by flattering, self promoting phonies who then they can't seem to get rid of. It's almost comical.

Pros

Great discounts on their clothes.

Cons

Job performance is never considered. You are only really liked if you are extremely outgoing and always talk. Managers arent reasonable when it comes to life at school, sill had to work long hours even though I had school the next morning.
