Pros
Great product. May be good for you if you're still starting on your career (Good luck getting hired). I'd say work here for 6 months to a year to gain knowledge/skills then leave. People are very knowledgeable some are willing to share their knowledge while others are not. Some Employees are very caring and understanding (there are also some that are rude) If you get hired in VP, Senior position good for you
Cons
Management is bad - they will promise you a lot of "good things" just to keep you - for examples, promotions, higher raise, better benefits, yet nothing will happen. Just bunch of lies. It's difficult to move up even after years of service There's a huge lack of communications between teams and co-workers Some people won't appreciate your contribution - the managers or the seniors will get all the credits of all the work you've done Management won't listen to your feedback 95% of the time. They will wait until a customer or someone in higher position complains before doing something No one wants to take ownership of certain task and the "small guys" has to do all the work to fill in the gap Management is willing to put a lot of burden to you even though it's not really your job and you won't get compensation/recognition for it - you'll be just a number on their perspective Team is non-existent - no one will ask for your feedback (because it don't matter to them) - they don't even lists pros and cons before giving the project a "Go".
