Toxic place to work

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

A lot of very talented people work there.

Cons

The leadership lacks cohesion, vision and accessibility. The org structure is ineffective, resources are insufficient and misallocated, and chauvinism is pervasive. Toxic place to work, where people work their butts off in hopes of recognition and improved status, but very few get properly supported or rewarded, and the majority burn out and leave. All of this is especially true of the engineering group. It's a patent house and should stick to what it does best. Also, very little perks and infrastructural support for employees, no cafeteria, out-to-lunch HR department, no clear source of truth for HR processes.
