      Pros

      Great learning curve. good HR policies. Good career opportunities. Good remuneration package.

      Cons

      Work environment in Bangalore is not good. Lot of blame game and attitude problems among people. Good people have left the company. Work life imbalance. Projects are done in very hap-hazzard manner. The timelines are unrealistic. Bangalore site location is not convenient place for commute from many places in city.

      Pros

      Perks were nice - good benefits, stocked fridge with snacks. Easy access to top management.

      Cons

      Company is not respected in the industry. Too much litigation past tied to it, hence bad reputation. Tough to grow revenue.
