      1. Your ideas and opinions are valued 2. No micro-management 3. I can come up with my own strategies and execute them 4. You get to hang around C Level and have a good conversation, everyone is friend 5. Work hard, play hard attitude 6. Company lunch allows meeting everyone

      Cons

      There is no remote working option if you live close to the office

      Pros

      - Fast-paced recruitment process. It’s challenging and elaborated (4 steps) but I’ve received feedback after each step within 1-2 days (sic!). - Competitive salary and ESOP package - Great offices - Top team, a lot of high performers, very talented people are being hired - Great atmosphere, everyone is very supportive and welcoming - Super high energy, fast paced growth environment

      Cons

      Fast pace may be not for everyone, also there is a lot of domain-specific knowledge that you will have to learn first, but if you like web3 you shouldn’t mind that! If you have ambitions to work with talented people on high quality product and move fast, than go ahead!

      Pros

      Ramp is a dynamic startup offering endless growth opportunities. You get significant responsibilities and can immediately see the impact of your work. The employee-first culture emphasizes collaboration and working with the brightest minds while maintaining a "leave egos at the door" mentality. The company also invests in the social side, recently hosting a three-day offsite event called Ramp Magic for team building and collaboration. Activities included paddle-boarding, kayaking, bonfires, and gala nights. Highly recommend working at Ramp!

      Cons

      Like all start ups Ramp can go through times of intensity (we call it the start up swing) but personally I love working in this environment and makes every day more varied and exciting.
