Pros

The business is fast growing, with industry-leading products in an incredibly exciting space. Plenty of opportunities to grow and learn from highly skilled and knowledgable individuals. Strong company culture with a great team, who are very supportive and collaborative. Very flat hierarchy which enables easy access to senior management. Great working spaces.

Cons

The fast-paced, dynamic nature of working for a FinTech may not be for everyone.

There are no pros when it comes to this company.

Cons

- Toxic work culture - Forcing staff to work overtime for free - Incompetent management - You need to be a yes person otherwise you won't be considered for any promotions - No work-life balance - Lack of proper training for staff members -Discrimination Avoid at all costs, Also I would take the good reviews with a pinch of salt as staff members were asked to leave good reviews.
