Pros

It's a startup and you are expected to show initiative, take responsibility, and own things. That's why you learn and grow lighting fast. At the same time, the team is the top-notch professionals, so you concentrate on what you do best, your very area of responsibility, and your professional passions. There is a lot of support from a personal point of view, ecological communication, and care.

Cons

Ramp is not for someone who needs a flat-stable environment, and can't take ownership of the result.

Awful Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Good pay at market rate

Cons

- Very high turnover rate, most people don’t work at the company for longer than 9 months. - huge blame culture at senior management level so they literally will just fire 30 people one day with no warning (this is very common). - racist and sexiest company - poor company culture - A woman complained about sexual harassment and they fired her instead of the culprit. The culprit was then fired a few months later for being inappropriate with a female investor at work drinks - I would not recommend working or investing in this company. Only a matter of time before it blows up.

Thanks for your review. We want to foster a working environment that encourages extended tenures and we are proud to say that in the last year we've had a 5.8% turnover rate (average). In November 2022, we regrettably had to make reductions in our headcount to ensure we continue to run a sustainable business and as with many companies we had to refine our plans given the macro economic headwinds at the time. We are proud to share that over the last 12 months, we've increased our headcount by over 20% in support of our growth trajectory. We can assure you that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of toxicity, discrimination or harassment as this goes against our core values.

Pros

- Talented and skilled people around - plenty of opportunities to learn - Great atmosphere and culture, including the engineering culture - High seniority of engineers (most developers are Senior/Staff Engineers) - One of not such many true product companies in Poland with polish founders

Cons

- If you like working remotely from other countries for more than 1 month per year - the options are limited (some changes to improve the setup are planned, though).
