- fast-paced, growing crypto company, despite the tough market conditions - highly knowledgeable and approachable colleagues at all levels - training budget

- lots of processes are still being developed - if you don't like building and getting stuck-in, then probably not the company for you

Management is completely unqualified; I have no idea how people with practically no experience can manage a team of people and make such important decisions. The culture is terrible; they don't even know what communication is; for example, they fired 50 people in one day. Ridiculous
