Pros

Nice team, decent salary considering current job market.

Cons

Burnout is the norm, not the exception Unrealistic workloads and constant pressure to “do more with less” Toxic culture where overworking is praised and boundaries are ignored Lack of direction and constantly shifting priorities Declining morale across teams Increasing turnover, with experienced employees leaving or being let go last minute.

Pros

1. Diverse roles and growth opportunities: you have the chance to take on various responsibilities and explore different areas, which fosters personal and professional growth. 2. Continuous learning and personal development: the environment supports ongoing learning, enabling you to enhance your skills and expand your knowledge base. 3. Skilled, committed A-level team members: colleagues are highly competent and passionate about delivering quality work, creating a supportive and inspiring workplace. 4. Engaging product and industry: the company operates in a dynamic industry, and the product itself is intriguing, keeping work fresh and exciting. 5. Competitive compensation: the salary is very attractive, making the role financially rewarding.

Cons

1. High-pressure environment: the work setting is demanding, which can add too much stress for certain people and require constant focus. 2. Occasional chaos and unpredictability: processes can sometimes feel disorganized, making it challenging to plan and stay on track. 3. Decision-making from management: leadership often makes decisions that seem unclear and may not communicate them effectively, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. 4. Dependence on key individuals: in my opinion, most of this company's success relies heavily on specific team members, which can create risks if they leave or burn out. 5. Inconsistent culture fit: there is a push to adopt a more formal, corporate-style culture and communication, which may feel out of place in a startup environment and misaligned with the company’s current stage. 6. Sometimes the company management forces their own subjective approach on the teams, for example: introducing a "hybrid" work policy with most of the days being from the office, which was not consulted, and individual way of working of each team member was not taken into consideration, it was just communicated and forced everyone to do that in the name of "productivity" which has nothing to do with the place you do your work. Introducing this approach is a con on its own.
