- Toxic work culture - Forcing staff to work overtime for free - Incompetent management - You need to be a yes person otherwise you won't be considered for any promotions - No work-life balance - Lack of proper training for staff members -Discrimination Avoid at all costs, Also I would take the good reviews with a pinch of salt as staff members were asked to leave good reviews.

Management is completely unqualified; I have no idea how people with practically no experience can manage a team of people and make such important decisions. The culture is terrible; they don't even know what communication is; for example, they fired 50 people in one day. Ridiculous

- great culture of togetherness - huge learning and growth possibilities - super smart and ambitious people - international company - really cool London office - good pay and esop package

Cons

- high pressure environment (I loved it, one can grow and learn a lot, however the speed of work is pretty fast) - sometimes longer hours (in case someone is looking for a work life balance)
