      Friendly start up in a dynamic industry

      Pros

      They hire great talent with no egos. The vibe across their offices are friendly and relaxed with c-suite remaining approachable at all times. With the size of the company and a caring people team, your thoughts are always welcomed and heard, with regular check ups. Expect all the usual perks of a start up (free meals, flexible working arrangements etc).

      Cons

      Operating in a dynamic industry which invites uncertainty and frequent change. In a commission based role this has an increased impact on your OTE.

As a fast-paced, dynamic startup, we rely on our fellow Ramper's to act with both pace and precision, while also embracing the unknown (two of our company values!) We are also continuously seeking ways to develop our team, particularly in people management. We've implemented several initiatives to improve communication between leaders and their teams.

      Toxic place with worst managment ever

      Pros

      - Trying to keep technology on acceptable level - Really good engineers because of challenging recruitment process - Benefits

      Cons

      - Haos all the time, nobody knows what should focus on - Nobody knows what direction this company goes - Restructure after restructure, - Hiring people just to fire them, - Dramatic / chaotic decisions without preparation, - Ping pong between teams. I didn't feel that we play together in one team. - Slack is on fire all the day. 100+ notifications daily, no chance to focus because in this company visibility is important. Quaility doesn't matter, it's important to be visible so people posting like a crazy to increase visibility

      - The intensity and pace is not for everyone - We seem to go after every opportunity and sometimes spread ourselves thin
