Pros

Nice benefits, interesting tech (blockchain), the way the company treats employees HR-wise

Cons

A lot is expected, the company downscales regularly in headcount but not in target goals, which causes people to get more and more work put on them. The OKRs are completely different each quarter, which causes a lot of context switching and stress
